Procedure:-
* Wash mutton. Grind ginger. Carrot,
onion and tomato chop finely.
* Add 4-5 cup ofwater and cook mutton.
* Remove foam that gathers on top.Add ginger and tomato. Strain everything.
* Chop 1 onion finely and fry it in ghee.
* When onion turns reddish, add flour and
stir well.
* Add strained water in onion and add
salt, 1 spoon sugar, and boil it well.
* Boil it stirring occasionally and add
bread pieces.
* Serve hot.
Tip: - Replace mutton With chicken and enjoy tempting chicken soup. Best for patients and kids.
