Procedure :-
* Slice onion vertically. Heat butter on pan and fry onion on low flame.
* Once onions are very tender and brown, add corn flour or flour and fry it occasionally.
* Add hot milk, stirring the mixture.
* Add salt and black pepper powder.
* Strain soup and keep aside.
* Whisk egg yolk.
* Mix whisk egg in ½ cup of milk.
* Boil soup which we had kept aside.
* Mix soup with whisked egg.
* Stir well and add butter and toast bites.
* Serve well. Once mixed with egg, dont boil.
