Procedure:-
* Chop onion finely.
* Add carrot, celery, onion, and 1/4 teaspoon salt, stir to combine.
* Strain everything. Add salt, chilli powder, masala, clove, and cook on ghee.
* Serve hot.
Tip: - Replace red lentils with pigeon pea (toor dal). Add 2 Garcinia indica (amsul), 1 spoon sugar, coriander and neem leaves.
