Procedure :-
* Soak 2tbsp garden cress seeds in water
for an hour.
* Add milk in a kadhai and stir occasionally.
* Add sugar and let it boil well.
* Garden cress seeds pudding is ready to serve.
Tip: -Garden cress seeds can be replaced with poppy seeds (khaskhas) for another delicious pudding.
