Common Recipes  -  Healthy Puddings
Vermicelli Pudding (shevayachi kheer)

  • Ingredients:-

Roasted Vermicelli- 1- 1/2 cup
Sugar- 1-2 tbsp or as required
Milk- 1/2 litre
Condensed Milk- 100 ml
Cashew nuts- 2 tbsp
Cardamom (Elaichi ) powder
Ghee- 1 tbsp
Charoli- 1 tsp

  • Procedure:-

* Crush Vermicelli finely and roast it in
  ghee.
* Add water and mix it evenly.
* Add milk, sugar and cardamom powder.
* Add cashew nuts and Charoli. Vermicelli
  pudding is ready to serve.

Tip: - Vermicelli can be replaced with Rava,
 Dudhi, Bhopla, and Carrot etc. for variety
of delicious puddings.
