Procedure :-
* Heat a pan. Dry roast all lentils and grains
separately on low flame till slight brown, crisp
and aromatic.
* Grind all roasted and non roasted ingredients
in a grinder till fine powder. Do not roast
turmeric powder, asafetida, red chili powder,
dry ginger, salt.
* Store in an air tight container.
