Procedure :-
* Crush coconut. Add sugar and milk.
* Once mixture turns thick add
rose essence and colour.
* Then transfer it on a butter paper or
a plate coated with ghee.
* Grease knife with ghee and when
it's still hot, cut to square shapes
or the shapes you desired.
* Once it cools down. Serve and
enjoy eating.
