Procedure :-
* Pill of papaya, cut into small pieces and cook in water.
* Remove water and smash papaya.
* Add drinking chocolate, corn flour and sugar in water. Stir it till sugar dissolves. UPut a deep-bottomed pan over medium flame and heat ghee in it.
* Add the grated papaya in it and cook for 8 minutes. Keep on stirring until the fruit releases all its juices and changes colour.
* Once the papaya is roasted, add sugar to it and continue cooking.
* Once you see the ghee separating, add lemon juice.
* Add cashew nuts and cardamom powder.
* Transfer into a ghee plate and level it with knife.
* Garnish with cashew nuts and pistachios. Once cooled then cut into pieces.
Tip: - Replace papaya with dates, beetroot, carrot, bottle gourd, or split green gram and follow above procedure for mouth watering halwa.
