Procedure :-
* Apply ghee on pan. Sauté suji for good 2 minutes until it blends with ghee.
* Add water in sugar, make fine paste, add roasted suji and cardamom powder in it and stir occasionally. Once mixture is ready with fine paste pour into a plate which contains ghee.
* Level it well with a spatula.
* Allow to cool down. When barfi is still hot but not very hot, cut it into pieces.
* Suji Barfi is ready to serve.
Tip: - Add besan and follow above procedure for mouth watering suji besan barfi.
